RPG Real Estate has a new development manager
Prague – as an owner and manager of more than 44 000 apartments in the Moravian-Silesian Region RPG Real Estate hired an additional manager for its team having the company restructured. Eva Spasovová filled the newly created development manager post.
Eva Spasovová has many years of experience of the capital construction project management. Having spent a few years as an architect, she was working as a project manager in the OSA project s.r.o from 2000 to 2006. She concentrated mostly on projects concerning deserted industrial areas, the so-called brownfields. As a representative of chief foreign teams she participated in the pilot projects concerning the brownfields submitted to international corporations by the CzechInvest agency. In Ostrava she worked on several projects regarding industrial zones with the total area of 5-150 ha, an urban design to expand the build-up area in the centre of Ostrava and a complete preparation of a development project concerning an area of 4.5 ha in the city centre including 30,000 square meters of offices and a 180-room hotel. Now she is engaged in significant development projects within the RPG Real Estate portfolio.
Eva Spasovová graduated at the Faculty of Architecture, Brno University of Technology. She was working at the British Building Design Partnership company for several months. For a year and a half she acted as a technical supervisor of the state property at the Civil Engineering ministry in Finland. In Finland she took a course in architecture and urbanism for foreign students.
